We have years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. We are trained in various therapeutic approaches to help you achieve your goals. We primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients overcome their challenges.

 

​We believe in a client-centered approach, which means that we work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. We have helped clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, and relationship issues.
